Shipping was coordinated from CA to TX with pics of the crates/pkgs and tracking numbers. The price with shipping beat all local competitors by far! I contacted Victor from their Facebook ad and Victor was very helpful and prompt in replying with all required info and set up appointment on Saturday at wearhouse /shop . They have good variety to look at doors, good quality doors to choose from . I asked many people for prices and their price is most reasonable People were really helpful . I had a great experience with this store when I ordered some custom doors and windows. Right from the start, the staff were super helpful and explained all the different options to me. I loved how patient they were and how they let me see the materials in person—it really made me feel confident about my choices. One thing that really stood out was that they let me see the entire production process. They would send me photos from the factory and confirm all the details with me along the way. As someone who cares about the little details, that was a huge plus for me! When everything was ready, they delivered it right on time, and the doors and windows looked exactly like I’d hoped. We were in search of a 16 ft bifold door for awhile and John made the decision very easy. He was very professional from the start, showing us how the door worked, the benefits of his specific framework versus other versions and he was very patient as we had many questions. He thoroughly explained the process from ordering to installation, and was very responsive when we had questions while waiting for the door to arrive. We went with John’s installer since he works with these doors often and it went well. It was setup smoothly in a few short hours. We are so glad we purchased our bifold door from John at Perfect View. Since his customer service was great, we decided to order our pivot front door, steel balcony door and balcony railings from him as well.
